Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains Levam’s approach to subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments for services provided by STANOK LLP through the website levam.net (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). STANOK LLP is registered in England and Wales at Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, United Kingdom SE19 3BD.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to subscriptions, API usage, and other digital products and services (collectively, the “Subscriptions”) provided by Levam. It does not apply to third-party products or services sold through integrations, nor to physical goods (we do not sell physical products).

2. Nature of the Service (Digital Services)

Levam provides cloud-based software, APIs, and a JavaScript widget. Since access to the Service is granted immediately after payment and the services are delivered digitally, refunds are generally limited as described below. However, in good faith, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis (see Section 5).

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly Subscription at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops automatic renewal but does not entitle you to a refund for the current paid billing period.
  • Termination for cause: We may suspend or terminate service provision in accordance with our Terms of Service. In such cases, the refund procedure will follow Section 6 and applicable law.

4. Refunds — General Rule

Except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law, payments for access to the Service are non-refundable. This is due to the immediate nature of digital access and the possibility of instant service consumption after payment. However, Levam strives to act fairly and may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • duplicate or erroneous charges (double billing, incorrect amount);
  • unintentional charges caused by technical issues on our side;
  • extended outages or critical disruptions caused by Levam that significantly prevent Service usage;
  • confirmed cases of fraud;
  • other exceptional circumstances where a refund appears reasonable.

5. Refund Request and Processing Procedure

To request a refund, contact Levam Support at [email protected] and include:

  • the email address associated with your account;
  • the date and amount(s) of the disputed transaction(s);
  • a short description of the reason for the request and any supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, transaction IDs, etc.).

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days and begin an investigation. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or another method at our discretion. Refunds are typically issued within 7–14 business days after approval, though exact timing depends on the payment processor and the receiving bank.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer, we will conduct an investigation. If the payer’s decision favors Levam, the corresponding amount and related costs remain your responsibility. Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in service termination and debt recovery measures.

7. Taxes

All prices and fees are quoted exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to your use of the Service. If Levam is required to collect taxes (e.g., VAT), they will be added to your invoice and remitted in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Issues related to provider-specific refund procedures (e.g., disputes handled solely by the provider) may require contacting the provider in addition to Levam Support.

9. Special Cases — Corporate and Custom Agreements

If you have an individual or corporate agreement with Levam, your refund rights and termination terms may be governed by that agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and a signed contract, the signed document shall prevail.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. In the case of material updates, customers will be notified via email or through the dashboard. The “Last Updated” date below reflects when the changes become effective.
